Rajesh is the Chief Architect for all Innovations, Products and Projects in Tecple Innoventive Solutions Pvt Ltd. Rajesh brings in 27+ years of IT experience with in-depth industry experience in program management, architecting enterprise solutions. He is a PMP certified Project Manager.
A veteran in the field of web services based architectures and its applicability, evolving SOA based solutions for the Communication Service Providers including participation in the design and delivery of HP e-speak solution family. He is a certified Amazon Web Services Solution Architect – Associate and Google Adwords Certified Partner.
Before Tecple, Rajesh had served as a program manager (SES), in HP Global Soft, Bangalore managing close to 10 projects in Cloud, SOA and middleware technologies. He was also leading the CoE (Centre of Excellence) for SOA and BPM technologies driving innovation and IP creation. Rajesh is a well recognized Technology leader and expert in Cloud , SOA and middleware technologies.

S.Deenadayalan is a Senior and well known HR professional doing pioneering work in the field of High Performance Work System. He is currently the Founder & Managing Director of CEO (Centre for Excellence in Organization)Pvt Ltd.
Deen has been doing consulting services to various organizations in India including Fortune 500 companies. He contributes to community development initiatives in Dr. Reddys Foundation, M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, etc. Deen has presented various papers in National and International Conferences on various Human Resource practices and systems.
Deena’s passion areas are Organization Visioning, Leadership Mentoring and Coaching, Developing Organizational Capability, HR Strategies & Systems Development.
Formerly he was Director (Business Services & HR), Dupont and had held various positions including Vice President (HR)-ITC, G.M (HR)-Titan. Deen’s academic profile includes graduation in sociology and postgraduate diploma in social work. He has been awarded the "Best Community Outreach Award" by Dupont -USA.
Dr. E. Ilamathian is an expert in HRM, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, Educational Administration with over 30 years of varied experience. He is currently the Registrar at Apollo University (under the aegis of Apollo Hospitals Group) and previously he was working as Director, Amity Global Business School, Chennai.
Dr. Ilamathian has been an inspiration to many students and professionals in the field of HR and had been the guide for many Graduates, Post Graduates and Doctoral Students across the globe.
Dr. Ilamathian has published 17 articles, one book, and 17 study materials. He had participated in 64 seminars and conferences and had visited Sri Lanka and Thailand as a resource person and took part in the academic seminars and delivered special lectures.
Dr. Ilamathian had served as Professor-cum- Director of UGC Academic Staff College, University of Madras, earlier to that as Professor and Deputy Director in charge of the Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies, Chennai and earlier to that has worked in Organizations in the HR function for over 19 years.
